The Memoryboard app is available on iOS and Android phones and tablets. To begin using the Memoryboard app, follow these steps:

1. Download the App: Search for "The Memoryboard" in the Apple App Store or "Memoryboard" in the Google Play Store.
2. Create an Account: If you're setting up your Memoryboard for the first time, Sign Up by providing your full name, email, and a password.
   1. If you were invited to join somebody's Care Circle in Memoryboard via email, your setup would be slightly different. You will receive an email inviting you to join somebody's Care Circle. From the email, you will be taken to a webpage to create your account, after which you will be prompted to download the Memoryboard app. When you open the app for the first time as an invited user, you will want to click Log In after "Already have an account?" and log in with the account info you previously created. If invited to join somebody's Care Circle, you will skip steps 3 to 5 below.
3. Connect (Link to your Memoryboard): In your mobile app, enter the 5-digit code displayed on your Memoryboard. This will link your app and your Memoryboard together.
4. Name and Location: Enter the name of the person who will be using the board and the location where the board will be located (e.g., "Grandma Grace" and "Living Room").
5. (optional) Add to your Care Circle: Add family members, friends, and caregivers to your Care Circle on the Memoryboard by entering their email and clicking "Send email invite." Once they receive the email, they will click a link to create their account. This will give them the ability to post to your Memoryboard. You can skip this step by clicking "Skip" and adding to your Care Circle in the future from the Settings screen in the app.

From here, you can post your first message or be taken to the Activity screen, where you will see posts from yourself and others. Spend some time going through the app to learn its functions and features.

Other Tips

• When sending your first post, you'll be taken through a brief 'tour' to get familiar with posting to your Memoryboard
• Your password must be at least 6 characters
• Before creating your account, you must confirm the following on the Sign Up screen: "I agree that Memoryboard is not a medical device. Please consult a healthcare professional for medication management."
• On the Login screen, you can click "Forgot Password" to receive an email to reset your password

As a new user setting up Memoryboard for the first time, you will Sign Up to create your account. Provide your full name, email address, and a password.

If you already have an account, such as a user who was invited to join a Care Circle and created their account from the Memoryboard invite email, you would Login to your account.

Connect your Memoryboard to your app by entering in the 5-digit code shown on your board.

Help identify your Memoryboard by including the name of the person who will be using the board and it's location.

Add members to your Care Circle by sending them an invite via email. Or skip this step and do it later from the Settings screen.
